Cristina Leon has been the General Manager at PAC since October 2022. As a newcomer to the fitness industry, she eagerly embraced the opportunity to learn and grow in her role. Cristina understands that the gym environment can be intimidating for some, and she works diligently to ensure every member feels welcome and supported at PAC. Her optimistic attitude consistently uplifts those around her, making her a cherished presence at the club.

Initially shy, Cristina is approachable and determined, always going above and beyond for both members and employees. She continually seeks ways to enhance the facility, demonstrating her commitment to improving the overall experience at PAC. Raised in California's Central Valley by her hardworking mother, who labored long hours in the fields, Cristina learned the values of perseverance and dedication. These lessons have shaped her approach to her work and her life.

Cristina is the proud mother of two boys. In her spare time, she enjoys rollerblading and spending quality time with her family. They love going on long walks and engaging in meaningful conversations. Cristina's blend of personal warmth and professional dedication makes her an invaluable asset to PAC.

cecilia hudson

Cecilia Hudson is the Club Manager, renowned for her powerful presence and dynamic leadership in the workplace. She leverages her positive attitude and sense of humor to inspire and empower others to work hard and achieve success. After spending the last three years as a stay-at-home mom, Cecilia is diving headfirst into full-time employment, bringing her vibrant energy and competitive spirit to the role.

Outgoing and personable, Cecilia is known for her integrity, adaptability, and innovative mindset. She is constantly seeking new ways to enhance the members' experience at the club. Passionate about fitness and bodybuilding, Cecilia frequently participates in various challenges throughout the year to hold herself accountable and stay motivated. Members may often spot her on the gym floor, demonstrating her dedication to health and wellness.

Outside the gym, Cecilia cherishes quality time with her husband and their two children. She enjoys tending to their chickens and greenhouse, and she also has a passion for woodworking. Cecilia's multifaceted interests and commitment to both her personal and professional life make her a true asset to the club.

Justin Carey

Justin has been an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer for over 15 years.

With a background in basketball, ice hockey, and competitive bodybuilding, fitness has always been central to his life. Justin is passionate about using his extensive knowledge of exercise and nutrition to help clients transform their bodies.

He takes a personalized approach, guiding clients step by step through their fitness journey and encouraging them to work hard to achieve their goals.

angela van alstine

Angela has been a certified NASM personal trainer since 2016, specializing in functional training.

She believes that any goal can be achieved through a structured and functional approach. Angela’s passion for fitness stems from her desire to live a healthy, fulfilling life, and she channels that same energy into helping her clients reach their personal health and fitness goals.

Her training style keeps workouts fresh and engaging, utilizing a variety of exercises to maintain motivation. Angela's systematic approach ensures clients see progress and thrive through every step of their fitness journey.

Amanda Balles

Amanda has been teaching yoga for approximately five years. She obtained her 200-hour certification through Salt Lake Power Yoga in UT. Amanda is deeply passionate about the mental and physical benefits that yoga brings to the body.

Yoga has seamlessly integrated into her lifestyle, both on and off the mat, becoming an integral part of her daily routine. Specializing in Vinyasa flow yoga, she finds joy in guiding others through dynamic and flowing sequences, fostering a sense of mindfulness and well-being.

In their free time, Amanda and her family enjoys camping, anything outdoors in the summer, visiting Idaho, side-by-side rides, and all the concerts they can get to.

Elise Frandsen

Elise Frandsen earned a B.S. Degree in Exercise Sports Science from the University of Utah and has worked in the fitness field for 20 years. She is the founder of 515 Wellness, a wellness consulting company, and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. Elise is also a certified instructor in cycle and kettlebell, and she holds certifications in three Les Mills programs: Bodypump, Tone, and Sprint.

Throughout her career, Elise has worked as a Wellness Coach for Premise Health, consulting at mine sites throughout Northern Nevada. She has also been an Exercise Specialist at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, and a personal trainer at the University of Utah. Additionally, she has taught aerobics at the University of Utah and 24-Hour Fitness. In the public-school system, Elise worked as a Physical Education Specialist, and in higher education, she served as a personal trainer instructor for Eagle Gate College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jamie Wadsworth

Jaime's passion for fitness ignited during her college years. It served as her mental and emotional release, granting her a sense of empowerment after each workout, propelling her to tackle whatever challenges lay ahead. Now, as a mother of two young children, fitness continues to prove invaluable, enhancing her well-being and nurturing her role as a mother.

Jaime relishes the challenge of pushing beyond her limits and comfort zone, constantly striving for the next level of achievement. She firmly believes that true growth occurs outside of one's comfort zone and aims to inspire others to embrace change and recognize their inherent strength—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Jaime's mission is to infuse every class with encouragement, motivation, and positive energy, fostering an atmosphere of fun while instilling confidence and self-assurance in her participants.

Marisa Quintero

Marisa discovered yoga at the age of 19 while balancing life and motherhood, finding it to be a vital connection to peace and a healthy outlet for self-care.

With a focus on mental and physical health, she is passionate about integrating yoga into daily life. Certified in seven different styles of yoga, she emphasizes how practice can build strength, flexibility, boost metabolism, and relax muscles, thereby improving mobility and stability. She believes in the mind-body connection to live a mindful life and helps others achieve their highest potential.

Marisa is 200 hour Yoga certified. She offers modifications and advanced options for both new students and experienced yogis to ensure everyone can reach their full potential.

Megan Brooke

Megan possesses a heart for adventure and a knack for discovering passion in various endeavors. As a mother of four outgoing children, she places great importance on carving out time for herself, often found at the gym.

Megan is dedicated to infusing energy and affection into every aspect of her work. Each class she leads is meticulously crafted with the participant in mind. Whether you're a newcomer to the gym or a seasoned athlete, Megan will guide you through tailored modifications to optimize your potential during each workout session.

She ensures that there's a welcoming space for everyone in her classes, inviting individuals to occupy their place and thrive.

With a passion for music and its ability to energize a class, she strives to maintain a dynamic atmosphere that motivates everyone to keep moving and pushing themselves.

Nichole's primary focus is on ensuring participants maintain proper form to enhance safety and optimize the effectiveness of their workouts. Her goal is to create classes that are both challenging and enjoyable for all attendees.

Sarah clarke

Sarah is a Barre instructor originally from Maine and a homeschooling mother of three. Her passion for fitness developed after facing physical and mental health challenges post-childbirth. She discovered Barre and Zumba during postpartum with her first child and found them beneficial for her well-being, which led her to continue group fitness.

After moving to Elko, Sarah became a certified Barre instructor. She and her husband own Wellness with Will, focusing on physical therapy. Sarah aims to further her education to help others find their place in the gym.

Her mission is to inspire and motivate women to live healthfully, especially during pregnancy and postpartum, promoting activity and self-care for themselves and their babies.

Amanda Lambert

Amanda, originally from Oregon, moved to Spring Creek three years ago with her husband and two children.

With a lifelong passion for music, she pursued a Fine Arts degree, playing piano and singing.

Amanda has been teaching group fitness classes for over 8 years and and is thrilled to join the team of fitness instructors at Elko PAC, ready to inspire and motivate her new community. If you're ever in need of a karaoke partner, she's your girl!
