Our main floor is equipped with everything you need for a full-body workout. You'll find cable machines, Smith machines, free weight squat racks, and a full set of dumbbells, kettlebells, and straight/EZ curl bars. We also offer a comprehensive bench press station with flat, incline, and decline benches, providing you with all the tools to achieve a well-rounded strength training routine.
Lower Body Equipment
Our lower body equipment is designed to deliver the best results, focusing on both the front and back of your legs. From glute machines to calf raise stations, we’ve got everything you need to maximize your performance. Strengthen your legs with powerful leg presses and a variety of squat machines, helping you build endurance and strength. With tools like infinite bikes, row machines, Jacob’s Ladder, and weight sleds, you'll find everything you need to elevate your fitness routine and take your training to the next level.
Cardio Deck
At PAC, cardio variety is key! Our cardio deck offers plenty of equipment options, so there's always room to complete your workout. Choose from treadmills, ellipticals, step masters, spin bikes, recumbent and upright bikes, row machines, Echo bikes, and Jacob’s Ladder. Whatever your cardio goal, our deck is fully equipped to help you reach it.
Women’s Area
A designated private space exclusively for women, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment to focus on your fitness goals. Equipped with cardio machines, free weights, and strength-training machines, this area is designed to meet a variety of workout needs in a supportive and empowering setting.
