Sierra Peterson

Sierra is passionate about health, nutrition, the outdoors, and conquering her mind by pushing limits. She is determined to maximize her time in each area of life to create abundance.
Sierra is certified in Grit Cardio and Strength and believes this intense 30-minute class is “the best bang for your buck”. Her goal is to promote self-discipline thru health and nutrition, creating self-confidence. Her teaching style is focused and personal, allowing you to lose yourself in your workout.

Lida Lindsay

Lida has enjoyed working with the Performance Athletic Club for many years and has recently been certified in Cycle Fusion. Her cycling classes are a fusion of rockin’ jams while also providing a unique and intense cardio workout that focuses on endurance.

Sue Herman

Sue Herman has spent her years helping people increase their quality of life through physical fitness. She believes that by educating people and guiding them through their fitness goals, it is possible to change lives physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Sue’s entire goal is to give you a workout that’s entertaining and challenging, but above all, one that makes you want to come back for more! She’s certified in Kickboxing strength, Lesmills Bodycombat, and Bodypump.

Nichole Bonafide

My name is Nichole Bonafide and I am certified in Les Mills Barre and H⚡GH Fitness.
Exercise has always been a cathartic release for me. Whether it’s soccer,
running, group fitness, flag football, hiking, or pickleball: I. Love. It. All.
Exercise has always left me feeling positive, strong, and with the feeling that I can
overcome anything that comes my way! Sharing that and showing others they can
feel the same fills me with joy!

Rocio Romo

Rocio Romo carries a motivating attitude with the skills and knowledge to make sure that you are getting the workout you need to reach your goals. She has watched lives change for the better through dedication to exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Rocio loves to be a part of the exciting change exercise brings to peoples’ lives. She’s certified in Zumba, Zumba Strong, Zumba Step, Lesmills Grit, Lesmills Bodypump, and Pilates TRX.

Kyle Garcia

My passion for health and fitness combined with my teaching background has led me to become a certified personal trainer with ISSA. I strongly believe in the necessity for a healthy lifestyle; that includes the balancing of all avenues health and fitness have to offer. Over the years, I have developed great enthusiasm in passing down my knowledge to those who seek the highest standards of service, safety and professionalism. My passion lies in maintaining an active lifestyle, as well as ensuring that clients find the motivation to improve and maintain their fitness levels. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle tone and strength, and/or undergo sports conditioning, I have the knowledge and experience to assist you on your way. My certifications include: ISSA Personal Trainer, CPR Level A/AED, First Aid, Les Mills GRIT, Les Mills CXWORX, Les Mills Bodypump, Les Mills Sprint and TRX!

Elise Frandsen

Elise Frandsen earned a B.S. Degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Sports Science and has worked in the fitness field for 15 years. She is the founder of 515 Wellness, a wellness consulting company. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and a certified Holistic Nutritionist through American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). During her career, she has worked as a Wellness Coach for Premise Health, consulting at mine sites throughout Northern Nevada. She has worked as an Exercise Specialist at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, and as a personal trainer at the University of Utah.

She has taught aerobics at the University of Utah and 24-Hour
Fitness. She has also worked in the public-school system as a Physical Education Specialist, and in
higher education as a personal trainer instructor for Eagle Gate College in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Nadja Mahoney

I have been a massage therapist for over 10 years and a Reiki practitioner over 20 years. I love to help empower people for health and relaxation. The services I provide are injury work, cranial, reiki, hot stone, reflexology, thermal thai, cupping, and Russian sport. Currently a 200hr Hatha Yoga Instructor and Crystal Singing Bowl practitioner.

Jamie Wadsworth

My passion for fitness started when I was in college.  It was my mental and emotional release. The high I felt after each workout, made me feel like I could conquer anything that came next.  Now as a mom of 2 littles, it again has proven to be a great outlet; making me a better person for myself and a better mommy to my babies. I love the challenge of aiming for the next level, the next rep, or the next thing to push me beyond my limits and my comfort zone.  

We don't change when we are comfortable. I hope to motivate and encourage people to be uncomfortable, to want that change, and to help them see just how strong they truly are  physically, emotionally, and mentally when they believe in themselves.  My goal is to bring encouragement, motivation, and positive energy into every class, all while having fun and instilling confidence and assurance in people. I am certified in Les Mills Core.
